When we reviewed your query and if we determine that this product is eligible for a return, you will get a confirmation email and also get return instructions. If you didn’t receive any mail, please check your spam and junk mail or contact us.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE
We take great care in packaging and shipping your products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We’ll work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

WRONG ITEMS
We are truly sorry for this inconvenience.

If you received the wrong item, please don’t hesitate to contact with us. We will make it right. You must need to contact us within 7 days of receiving a wrong item. In this case, we will be responsible for paying shipping charges for all types of returns.

If you purchase the wrong item and already received it, in this case, the customer must inform us within 7 days to solve this issue, and also customer will be responsible shipping charge for this. 

REFUND
NOTE: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
